This reimagined Napa family home involved a year-long collaboration and pre-construction effort that resulted in the total transformation of a Mid Century residence. Initially conceived as a complete interior demolition, the project evolved into a near ground-up reconstruction, necessitating the underpinning of existing foundations and the pouring of new ones to support expanded areas. The completed home seamlessly integrates timeless design elements with modern performance, featuring custom wall-wash skylights, flush baseboard details, and a fire-resilient exterior clad with WUI-approved vertical nickel-gap siding. Our in-house team meticulously designed custom cabinetry and millwork throughout, ensuring both seamless function and aesthetic coherence.
