This project transformed a three-story Tiburon bay-front residence. Despite challenges like steep coastal access and extensive dry rot, the team completed a full overhaul. The exterior now features modern white stucco with warm cedar accents and expansive decks offering panoramic San Francisco Bay views. Inside, the home is a light-filled sanctuary with bespoke craftsmanship, white oak cabinetry, custom millwork, and travertine surfaces, including a unique kitchen island. Hand-milled wood beams, crafted in the Hanes woodshop, add an artisanal touch, blending contemporary style with enduring character.
